All tiers include 2 prenatal visits, assistance with creating a birth plan, attendance at your birth, and a minimum of 1 postpartum visit.

All packages also include unlimited phone support and access to resources and referrals as needed.

Emotional and physical support tailored to your needs post-birth. Postpartum support includes assistance with feeding and changing, lactation support, light housekeeping and mother/baby care education. Overnight support focuses on optimizing rest. Postpartum support can be purchased in packages that fit your needs.

All parents desiring to breastfeed deserve knowledgeable and compassionate support.

We understand that while breastfeeding is natural and instinctual for your baby, it isn't always easy for parents. Our Certified Lactation Counselor offers caring support throughout all stages of your breastfeeding journey.

From prenatal consults to in home feeding assessments, we ensure all parents desiring to breastfeed have the support necessary to establish breastfeeding, achieve a comfortable latch, and navigate tricky situations such as sore nipples, milk supply concerns, the return to work, nursing strikes and more. We also provide access to resources and referrals as needed.

We provide preconception education on charting your fertile signs, allowing you to make the most of your fertile window.

No matter how long you’ve been on your TTC journey, we’re here to offer support and guidance along the way. We tailor each fertility package to fit your individual needs.

We offer courses designed to educate and empower expectant parents.

We believe childbirth education plays a crucial role in replacing fear with knowledge and confidence. Our courses are fun and informative with ample time to ask questions and think critically. Get excited for your birth by hosting a childbirth education party in your home and I will bring refreshments!
